Returns Policy

Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be made immediately within 24 hours. Email all claims to sales@tablesbydesign.com.au. All other claims must be forwarded within 7 days of receiving goods. No goods will be accepted for return after 30 days. All deliveries must be checked upon delivery.

For goods incorrectly ordered, a restocking fee may be applied to any goods approved for return credit. Restocking fees apply for an item returned in non-original condition. Cost of restocking an item returned in non-original packaging are 20%. Cost may vary depending on the particular state of the item and accessories which will be assessed upon arrival. Please be aware that shipping an item in other than original packaging could not guarantee safe delivery and is solely the customer’s responsibility.

There will be no returns or refunds on custom table orders unless there is structural damage upon delivery, please take a photo to show us the damage(s). You must contact us first to let us know why you want to return your product, and we will see if a swift resolution can be made before it has to be returned.

There will be no returns or refunds on items with damaged table-tops due to customer's negligence. Please refer to the warning below.

Re-skinning (Replacing) The Table-Top With A New Design

Upon receiving your order you MUST KEEP the original box that the table has been packaged in.

(As mentioned in the previous section above; Cost of restocking an item returned in non-original packaging are 20%).

This will help keep the re-skinning process run smoothly. We thank you for your compliance.

Re-skinning Services For Table-Top Designs

Should you need our re-skinning services, the following will happen:

  1. You must notify us when you would like us to re-skin your Table-top, and you must specify when you will need your table to be returned to you, e.g. in-time for another event.
    • Note: The table must be packed in its original box packaging.
  2. We will then pay for the return delivery, and arrange the collection of your table from where you are.
  3. When we receive the table, we will replace the Table-Top with your new design. All of this for $80.00 plus GST.

Important: However, if we are to design the new Table-Top for you, it will cost extra. This will be subject to the complexity of the design as well as our design services. For more information, please contact us on (08)8382-8764 or info@tablesbydesign.com.au.

Replacing Valances

We cannot swap-out or exchange existing printed Vinyl Valances nor can we refurbish Canvas Valances, which are no longer available.

If you wish to change the design on your Valances (of any length), then you will need to purchase new Valances.
